All concerns and complaints are directed to the attention of our General Counsel and the Audit Committee Chairman who will oversee a prompt and complete evaluation, investigation and resolution of any matter reported. The General Counsel and the Audit Committee Chairman periodically inform and consult with the full Audit Committee regarding the resolution of concerns and complaints. In some cases, we may be required to report the matter to a governmental or regulatory authority, our shareholders and/or the public. In such cases, the identity of the reporting individual will not be disclosed without his or her consent, unless required by law. The Audit Committee may present the matter to members of the company's board of directors and senior management for further evaluation, investigation, and resolution.
